Southern Star was founded in 1989.
Our stables strive to keep your horses healthy, happy & comfortable.
We are a Family friendly barn. Our land has plenty shade,
and the stalls are all high and dry.
We have a nice wash area, picnic tables, over 20 well ventilated stalls, easy parking, and there is a Horse Park with wooded trails, another large lighted grass arena and another lighted round pen just 1/4 mile west of the stables that you can walk or ride your horse to.
Southern Star Stables is located in the heart of Pinellas Park, FL centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo, and is just minutes from I-275, making it convenient to horse owners and riders throughout the Tampa Bay area.
There is plenty of Florida sunshine and lots of shade too.
Ms. Gail Larson the owner lives on the premises and is available most anytime in person or by phone. There is someone here almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The City of Pinellas Park, Florida has an Equestrian Board made up of mostly horse owners and riders. They are constantly looking for newer and better ways to serve the horses and the owners in the area.
Our Barns are clean, neat and well lighted. We strive to
keep one of the best kept barns in the area.
